The role

GORAZD is looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to creative and technical work.

You will be the person who keeps projects clear: goals, tasks, deadlines, feedback, priorities, and next steps. This role is not about forwarding messages between people. It is about understanding what is happening, noticing risks early, and helping the team and client move toward launch without confusion.

You’ll be responsible for

Running the process

Managing timelines, meetings, tasks, feedback loops, approvals, and project documentation.

Keeping everyone aligned

Making sure the client, designers, developers, and founders understand what is happening now and what happens next.

Protecting clarity

Turning vague feedback, scattered comments, and moving requirements into clear tasks and decisions.

Managing scope and timing

Tracking deadlines, spotting risks, controlling changes, and helping the team stay realistic.

Supporting launch

Coordinating final checks, content, links, forms, handoff, publication, and post-launch fixes.
