- Are structured with follow-ups, notes, CRM, and next steps
- Can speak with founders, marketers, and product teams without sounding generic
- Care about the quality of the work you sell

- Experience selling agency, studio, SaaS, or creative services
- A network in startups, tech, fintech, Web3, media, or consumer brands
- Spanish or another European language
- Experience working with warm outbound, inbound leads, or partnership channels
