GORAZD is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can turn vague inputs into clear digital experiences.
You should be able to understand a client’s business, structure information, shape user flows, create strong visual systems, and prepare designs that developers can actually build. This is not a role for making “pretty screens” in isolation. It is a role for thinking, designing, presenting, refining, and helping the work reach launch quality.
Structuring the experience
Turning messy briefs, references, and business goals into clear pages, flows, sections, and interface logic.
Designing the interface
Creating websites, landing pages, product interfaces, responsive layouts, UI systems, and visual directions.
Raising the visual level
Working with typography, spacing, hierarchy, rhythm, color, motion logic, and details that make the product feel finished.
Working with developers
Preparing clean Figma files, states, components, and handoff notes so the final build keeps the quality of the design.
Presenting decisions
Explaining your work clearly to the team and clients: what changed, why it matters, and how it supports the goal.
